Inaugural Med Augmented Reality (AR) Jam Launching Next Week

The School of Medicine has hosted Med AppJam competitions with the Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences (ICS) for the last 5 years. The Med AppJam is a student-to student competition that pairs medical students with ICS students to create mobile health apps.

This year, we are excited to announce that the AppJam will shift focus to the integration of augmented reality into mobile health apps using ARKit to become the inaugural Med ARJam. To see examples of what is possible with ARKit, visit: http://www.madewitharkit.com/.
