2017 WGEA/WGSA/WOSR Regional Meeting

The AAMC regional meeting of the Western Group on Educational Affairs (WGEA), Western Group on Student Affairs WGSA) and the Western Organization of Student Representatives (WOSR) will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah from Feb. 25 – 28, 2017. The theme of this year’s conference is “The Val “U” in Medical Education Across the Continuum.” This regional conference brings the 17 medical schools in the Western region together annually to discuss the latest in curricular innovations, admissions, student affairs, financial aid, diversity affairs, and student records. It is a great opportunity to meet, share and collaborate with our peers on best practices in medical education.

For those interested in educational technology, a pre-conference workshop for the Computer Resources in Medical Education (CRIME) group will be held on Saturday, Feb. 25, from 2 to 4 p.m.
