On Monday, May 20, 2019, our rising MS3’s will begin their first clinical rotations. There will be many new faces at UCIMC and affiliate sites. If you work with medical students and would like to put a face to a name or a name to a face, check out the Medical Student Photographs Intranet site. The photographs can easily be accessed by going to the Quick Links page on the Medical Education website.

In addition, the official Student Handbook, which contains the medical student policies and procedures, is reviewed annually by the Office of Medical Education prior to the start of the MS1/MS2 academic year in August and the MS3/MS4 academic year in May. Accordingly, the Student Handbook has recently been reviewed and updated for the new students who will begin their clerkships this coming week. If you need a refresher on the key School of Medicine policies pertaining to the learning environment, we invite you to visit the Student Handbook site.
