The “#MDsToo: Patient Safety and the Learning Environment Curriculum” is a student mistreatment prevention curriculum for faculty and residents, developed at the UCI School of Medicine through an American Medical Association (AMA) Accelerating Change in Medical Education Consortium Grant. Created with direction from Dr. Khanh-Van Le-Bucklin, vice dean for medical education, the curriculum introduces the KIND framework for modeling positive teacher-learner interactions and engages a series of video case studies used to guide the interactive, active-learning didactic sessions. The #MDsToo video case studies are now available online to support broader access and adoption of the curriculum.
