One-Year Anniversary of the Educational Technology Media Studio

One year ago today, the Educational Technology Media Studio, located in the Medical Education Building, Room 1008 (Irvine), opened its doors to faculty, staff and students to support the production of high-quality video and photos for the School of Medicine. The Media Studio has helped to produce over 100 videos since its launch on topics ranging from biochemistry to advanced cardiac life support including content for our core courses and clerkships, departmental trainings and patient education, and we expect that this number to rise steadily. We have also provided live-streaming and audio-visual services for workshops and conferences and multimedia creation for events such as the Med iBookJam.
